High-Vacuum Transformer Oil Filtration:

          High-Vacuum Transformer Oil Filtration And Dehydration Plants are suitable for all types of electrical insulating oils. We have standard high-vacuum filtration and dehydration plants to remove moisture (free as well as dissolved), gases, dirt and oxidation products from mineral-based and synthetic, silicon oils and others.

          Systems are in flow rates from 300 LPH to 12000 LPH. Custom built plants can be provided as per customer’s specific requirement, such as more flow-rates.

Industrial Oil Purification Systems:

            Oil purification systems are designed & manufactured to suit the specific requirement of the customer. Normally the oil is deteriorated by contamination of foreign particles, moisture (free & dissolved), oxidation sludge etc. The deteriorated oil affects the performance of the equipment in which it is used because of change in properties. Different modules are designed to remove particular types of contaminations. The purification system normally consists of filtration / purification stages for economical operation. In pre filtration stage coarse particles are removed using cleanable / washable elements. In intermediate stage the major portion of the contaminants removed by using the properly selected filter elements suitable for oil to be purified. In final stage the fine contaminants are removed by special elements to suit the final application and purification level.

Index Type Trickle Impregnating:

             Trickle Impregnating Machines are suitable for automatic impregnating of stators and rotors by trickle process. Stators and Rotors are heated to pre-determined temperature and then trickled with varnish (Resin + Hardener) and cured until it hardens. They are then ready for unloading manually. They are rotated by chain drive which rotates the spindles mounted on rotating / indexing table at an appropriate speed suitable for trickling. Indexing Table is rotated by motor with gear box and limit or proximity switches. 

Trickle Impregnation Technique:

               In today’s competitive world the electrical insulation materials and the processes are viewed with tremendous cost and quality consciousness. Varnishing of electrical machine winding forms a major part of the total cost of the electrical insulating materials. With the increasing costs of energy and solvents for use in varnishing, it has become a need of the hour to look into the change in the conventional impregnation methods such as Dip and bake varnishing or the Vacuum impregnation.​

            On this background Trickle impregnation technique was evolved to improve the varnishing quality coupled with reduced cost. This technique is now well accepted and used for impregnating stators / fields and armatures / rotors in all the advanced countries.

Batch Type Trickle Impregnating:

              Trickle Varnish Impregnating Machine is suitable for pre-heating, trickling and post heating of stators. The machine is simple and compact in design. It is easy for operation and maintenance. It is ideally suitable for batch type production of stators.
  • The machine is suitable for carrying out following automatic cycle.
    • Load stators on spindles, connect winding wires, close the front door and start cycle with push button.
    • Spindles start rotating and get pre-heated to predetermined temperature.
    • Temperature of stator is sensed by non Contact-Us TIC.

Varnishing Machines:-

  • Normally Impregnation is done in following manner
    • Insulating & mechanical properties of varnish.
    • Proper filling of gaps & voids.
            To achieve & ensure the above two points during varnishing one should use the appropriate varnish & method depending on the geometry of the job. In the modern world the mainly resin impregnation method is used because of better mechanical & insulation strength of resin. Normally the resin & hardener mixture is used.

Industrial Oil Purification System:-

            Oil purification systems are designed & manufactured to suit the specific requirement of the customer.
